Job summary

Big-D Construction Corporation in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a quality-minded leader to oversee quality programs on a Temple project, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with contract requirements. The Quality Manager will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with trade partners and clients, and lead a team to uphold company standards across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and several years of construction quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 5 years of related experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience working on a Temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of construction quality control and ability to manage and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC efforts and ensure compliance with BIG-D Quality Control Policies.
• Plan QC activities to align with the project schedule and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Assist Superintendent to coordinate quality requirements and support commissioning as needed.
• Maintain deficiency tracking and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Document QC activities using Procore and related office software; attend inspections.
