Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in construction or quality control preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality control or inspection roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards applicable to the United States.
• Familiarity with OSHA and ASTM safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Control Program with QC plans, reports, and field inspections.
• Coordinate field work with project managers.
• Review subcontractor material, shop drawings, and check construction for compliance.
• Ensure up-to-date red line as-builts in the field.
• Maintain and enforce the company safety plan and field practices.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address quality issues.
