Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional trade school or college coursework in construction, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Two years of journey-level experience as a construction inspector, trade foreman, or assistant superintendent, or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project construction for compliance with specifications and codes.
• Coordinates the commissioning process and QA/QC activities.
• Performs QC inspections on site and at vendor facilities; documents non-conformances and tracks resolutions.
• Maintains documentation and communicates QA/QC progress to project leadership.
