Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on complex federal construction projects.
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety manuals.
• Familiarity with three-phase inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction phases for compliance with specifications.
• Perform inspections and complete daily site reports.
• Assist with contract modification and preparation of proposals.
• Monitor construction activity schedules and advise on delays.
• Participate in RFI and Submittal reviews.
