Responsibilities

• Evaluate bids received, negotiate contract terms and pricing, award and write contracts.
• Maintain subcontractor relations and monitor performance to ensure alignment with contracts.
• Estimating and plan review: create job cost estimates for multiple trades across plans.
• Research/resolve accounting issues: address invoicing and budgeting questions.
• Collect/manage subcontractor insurance and license information with Risk Management.
