Sperber Landscape Companies is seeking a Purchaser to procure materials, equipment, and supplies supporting Sperber Construction projects in Thonotassa, FL.

You will create purchase orders, source vendors, track deliveries, and coordinate with project teams to meet site timelines. Candidates should have 2–4 years purchasing or procurement experience, knowledge of landscape materials, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP or purchasing software; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Knowledge of landscape/construction materials highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP or purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and process material requests.
• Source and evaluate vendors for pricing and availability.
• Track and confirm deliveries and backorders.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet job site timelines.
• Assist with inventory control and cost reporting.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
