Job summary

Miner Ltd is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Services, to lead complex projects from initiation to completion across varied sites. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong planning, safety oversight, and proactive client communication. You will mentor field staff and drive SOPs to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably with commercial dock and door installations.
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred in project leadership and execution.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and required certifications (OSHA, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new orders, contractual documents, and safety documents.
• Manage work orders, notes, contracts, and submittals.
• Coordinate collaboration among general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse and field superintendents.
• Ensure site safety compliance and maintain certifications (OSHA, etc.).
• Track and arrange material deliveries; manage rental equipment and freight.
• Oversee subcontractor management, including negotiating rates and labor purchase orders.
• Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers.
• Submit forecast projections and maintain accuracy in delivery dates.
• Train field superintendents and equipment coordinators; implement SOPs.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and represent the company in meetings.
• Prepare progress billing documentation and oversee final billing procedures.
