SC Builders in the Bay Area is seeking a Project Superintendent to serve as the Field General, coordinating trades and activities on site with autonomy and accountability.

Working with the Project Manager, you will maintain project quality, safety, and schedule across tenant improvements for premier tech, life science, and institutional clients.

What You’ll Do:

The Project Superintendent is the all-important "Field General" for SC Builders. Working collaboratively with the Project Manager, the Superintendent is the main contact for all trades and activities in the field. We give our Superintendents tremendous responsibility and the autonomy to make decisions. We believe that the quality of our Superintendents truly separates us from our competition.

Salary & Compensation

• $125,000 - $220,000
