Job summary

H Mart is seeking an experienced AEC project manager to analyze architectural and engineering drawings, conduct on-site inspections, and manage procurement quantities for upcoming projects. You will coordinate permits and bidding sets, prepare bidding packages, and handle payments to contractors and external services.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 5–7 years in AEC, US work eligibility, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, the Adobe suite, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of full-time experience in AEC industries.
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written form.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects.
• Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process.
• Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets.
• Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages.
• Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors.
• Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail.
• Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings.
