Job summary

FCC Group seeks a Project Scheduler to implement project controls, assess contractor schedules, and integrate updates into the master schedule. You will support KPI development and contribute to month-end reporting through reports and graphics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–5 years in schedule control within heavy civil construction, with strong Primavera P6 and PowerBI skills. This on-site position offers growth within a Schedule Manager team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in Schedule control for Heavy Civil construction, or related industry.
• OR 5+ years of experience in Schedule control for Heavy Civil construction, or related industry
• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge, including cost and resource loading
• PowerBI skills are preferred
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Weekly/Monthly schedule assessment and evaluation of contractor updates for integrity and feasibility.
• Execution and publication of schedule quality checks and reports using established procedures.
• Prepare monthly schedule construction review reports for all bridges.
• Prepare weekly layouts and reports for project teams.
• Prepare other reports and layouts as needed by stakeholders.
• Update Master Project Schedule with subcontractor data and validate imports for consistency.
