Taylor Metal Products, a leading manufacturer of steel roofing and siding, is seeking a self-motivated candidate to join our team. The role focuses on researching construction projects, qualifying opportunities, and generating leads for the sales and estimating teams across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in construction supply and roofing, strong networking skills, and proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and industry databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supply, sheet metal, roofing, or related field.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications.
• Strong research and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with construction project databases (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect) a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections.
• Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff.
• Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.
