Qualifications

• Experience in sales for industrial/commercial roofing is preferred.
• Strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify new business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and grow an active sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Establish, nurture, and expand direct customer relationships with owners and facility managers.
• Generate business through networking and involvement in local associations and chambers.
• Own CRM management with accurate updates of opportunities and activities.
• Present project proposals as the client’s roofing expert.
• Assess project needs and prepare scopes of work and recommendations.
• Continuously develop roofing knowledge and stay updated on solutions.
• Promote a customer-focused culture with responsive service.
• Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the market.
• Maintain availability during standard hours with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
