About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project/Program Manager to lead a long-term program for one of our key clients. This dynamic role requires communication and a nimble personality with a strong background in project delivery, team leadership, client engagement, and infrastructure maintenance or capital improvement programs. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery for facility reinvention, upgrades, and changes including scope, schedule, budget, and performance of subcontractors, while ensuring alignment with our clients operational and strategic goals.

You Will Lead:

Program & Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects for a facilities CM program from initiation through closeout.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet deliverable timelines and performance goals.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our client and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships through regular updates, stakeholder meetings, and responsive communication.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans, ensuring deliverables align with expectations.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Organizational Change or a related field. Master's degree such as MPA, MBA, or similar preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of project management in design or construction of public infrastructure/capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of alternative delivery including design build, progressive design build and GCCM.
  • Experience managing municipal contracts and public-sector clients (preferably in the Pacific Northwest).
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • PE, CCM, PMP or preferred required.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $160,000-$200,000+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
