Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Project Manager for our construction client in Indianapolis to start immediately. This direct-hire role offers up to $90K annually DOE and a comprehensive benefits package through the client upon hire.

You will plan, manage, and deliver projects within quality standards, deadlines, and budget, coordinating with superintendents, coordinators, subcontractors, and installers to ensure customer satisfaction and safe, on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–7 years of commercial construction experience required.
• Experience reading construction documents and coordinating with multiple subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, supervise, and deliver projects within quality, deadlines, and budget.
• Coordinate resources and team efforts including subcontractors to execute projects.
• Review project status and update reports weekly or monthly.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure safety compliance.
• Build relationships with customers, principals, and installers.
