Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, seeks a Construction Project Manager Trainee to oversee the home-building process within a developing community. You will shadow an experienced Project Manager and gain hands-on experience to master site management, budgets, timelines, and customer relations.

You will join a structured program designed to build leadership, organization, and communication skills while delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Current driver’s license.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR’s comprehensive training program to transition into the Construction Project Manager role.
• Work with the Ryan Homes Community Team to positively impact customer experience.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.

In this structured training program, you will gain hands-on experience alongside a current Project Manager and will master the knowledge and skills you need to effectively manage a job site.

• Participate in NVR’s world-class comprehensivetraining program that incorporates both classroom and on-the-job experience to ensure a successful transition into the Construction Project Manager role
• Positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team
• Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets,timelines, and project scope
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, while maintaining positive working relationships
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and effectively manage customer relations.

Qualified applicants have:
