Align Builders is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish in the San Diego area. You will guide internal and external teams, interpret plans and specifications, and ensure quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction project management/engineering.
• Experience in healthcare (OSHPD), life sciences, higher education, or office fit-outs preferred.
• Proficient with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee risk management, contract review, and insurance certifications.
• Manage cost control including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and update project schedules.
