Job summary

Fountain Development LLC is seeking a General Construction Project Manager to lead complex site-development and construction projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, subcontracting, schedules, and owner relationships to deliver successful results.

The role requires 5–8 years of field construction management, a relevant engineering or CM degree, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification or progression toward it is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (5-8 years) including supervisory skills.
• OSHA 30 Training Certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and costing; oversee subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up job procedures to ensure timely buyout, shop drawings, and material delivery.
• Maintain schedules, track costs, and forecast general conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and coordinate with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.
• Oversee safety plans with the Superintendent and report to management.
• Lead preconstruction activities and scope subcontractor bids.
• Close out projects with thorough documentation.
