Base pay range

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects within our self-storage division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to specific timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
