Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee scheduling, controls, reporting, and OFCI/OFOI coordination for multiple retail projects. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field (or equivalent), 3–5 years of construction management experience, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting or managing construction projects within retail, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or similar environments.
• Experience with project scheduling tools, project documentation, reporting processes, and coordination of owner-furnished equipment, fixtures, technology systems, signage, graphics, and specialty installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated schedules including OFCI/OFOI deliveries.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project requirements and installation sequencing.
