Job summary

PCI seeks a Project Manager for its PCI Cincinnati 581 operations based in Louisville, KY. You will manage commercial projects, coordinate with field supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and cost controls.

With 5–7 years in construction management, OSHA certification, and strong MS Office skills, you will create schedules, manage RFIs and submittals, and lead teams to maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Collaboration across trades is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Construction Management work experience.
• OSHA Certification.
• Experience with estimating/project management/managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to diagnose and navigate risk to protect profitability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to read specifications and drawings accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Customer service oriented and able to multitask and solve problems.
• Willingness to learn and apply new job skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Understand and manage QA/QC measures for projects.
• Create and implement job schedules; coordinate with field supervisors.
• Perform labor control; maximize profits through adjustments.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M's; assist in subcontractor buyout and change orders.
• Complete monthly FAWs for job cost control; support customer relations.
