Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to support construction management in electrical and roadway lighting projects. Responsibilities include creating work plans, reviewing specs, and coordinating with PMs to ensure project success.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in construction, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and ERP/bluebeam skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and civil construction drawings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction/Engineering.
• 1–3 years in commercial electrical or roadway construction.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements.
• Interpret civil drawings and review specs and SOWs.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
• Track progress, labor costs, and subcontractor activity weekly.
• Input data in Spectrum ERP and support project management.
