This entry-to-mid-level role offers growth in real estate development while you build expertise in budget, schedule, and field coordination.

You will coordinate selections, monitor GMP contract performance with Coastal Construction, assist with pay applications and cost reporting, review drawings, and document

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with a general contractor, developer, architecture firm, or owner’s representative.
• Experience with GMP contracts and pay applications (AIA G702/G703) is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong Excel skills and cost-tracking proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate buyer flooring, kitchen, and interior finish selections against schedule.
• Serve as liaison between buyers, sales/design team, and GC to keep selections on track.
• Monitor Coastal Construction’s performance against GMP contract, schedule, and quality.
• Assist in budgeting, pay applications, and cost reporting for VP of Construction.
• Review drawings, track RFIs/submittals, and document revisions.
• Prepare status reports and updates for VP of Construction.
