Pacific Exteriors LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support Pierce County customers. The role involves managing exterior remodeling projects from post-sale to completion, coordinating measurements, ordering materials, and leading installation crews.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the construction industry or ownership/operation of your own business.
• Valid driver’s license with a decent driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Highly responsive to colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable using technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior remodeling projects from post-sale to completion.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Take measurements and order materials.
• Coordinate and manage installation crews.
• Resolve problems with customers or crews.
• Conduct final walk-throughs with customers.
• Perform quality control inspections and site visits.
• Follow company systems, processes and procedures.
• Attend monthly on-site team meetings in Lake Forest Park, WA.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to support our Pierce County customers.

General Daily Tasks Include:

• Managing exterior remodeling projects from post-sale to completion.
• Pre-Construction meeting with customers.
• Taking measurements.
• Ordering materials.
• Coordinate and manage installation crews.
• Problem solving with the customer or crew.
• Conduct final walk throughs with customers.
• Quality Control inspections.
• Job site visits.
• Following our systems, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in monthly on-site team meetings (Lake Forest Park, WA).
• Misc. tasks and duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the construction industry or 2 years of owning and operating your own business.

Job Type:

Full-time, Salaried

Pay Range:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year with the opportunity to earn an additional $20,000-$40,000 per year from commissions.

Physical Setting:

In office, out in the field, Mon-Fri.
