Job summary

Pacific Exteriors LLC in Pierce County is looking for a Construction Project Manager to supervise exterior remodeling projects from post-sale through completion. You will lead pre-construction meetings, take site measurements, order materials, and coordinate installation crews.

The role requires 2 years in construction or running your own business, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the construction industry or 2 years of owning and operating your own business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a decent driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be extremely responsive to colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable using technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Managing exterior remodeling projects from post-sale to completion.
• Pre-Construction meeting with customers.
• Taking measurements.
• Ordering materials.
• Coordinate and manage installation crews.
• Problem solving with the customer or crew.
• Conduct final walk throughs with customers.
• Quality Control inspections.
• Job site visits.
• Following our systems, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in monthly on-site team meetings (Lake Forest Park, WA).
• Misc. tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Type:

Full-time, Salaried

Pay Range:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year with the opportunity to earn an additional $20,000-$40,000 per year from commissions.

Physical Setting:

In office, out in the field, Mon-Fri.
