PCL Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Civil West to manage contracts, safety plans, budgets, and schedules on complex construction projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and project support.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and lead by example for health and safety.
• Ensure the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule.
• Manage project performance and provide status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts, revisions, major purchase orders and progress payments and monitor progress and schedule.
• Understand and enforce the contract and contract documents.
• Participate in project commissioning and closeout.
• Identify and manage risk and opportunities on construction projects.
• Monitor design progress for compliance, quality, coordination, constructability, and timing.
