Wells in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to plan, budget, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. This role collaborates with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success, manage scope, and monitor risks throughout the lifecycle.

You will forecast budgets, track performance, maintain documentation, and communicate clearly with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience or construction site supervision experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Proficiency with project tools and standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and changes as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential issues and disruptions.
