Candidates should hold a BS in Engineering or related field and have at least 8 years of design, estimating, or PM experience, with proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools like

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related technical field plus 8 years of design, estimating or construction PM experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Office suite.
Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera) and ERP/PM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage construction project schedules across multiple projects.
Coordinate with PMs, Supervisors, and field staff to track progress and budgets.
Provide change management input during design and estimating phases.
Update project status in ERP and report to internal stakeholders.
Monitor schedule performance and resolve conflicts to meet deadlines.
Provide technical and financial oversight during construction.
