Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager to join our team in Calabasas. This role is integral to the successful planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical construction knowledge, leadership capabilities, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction project development, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budgeting to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and internal team members to ensure project alignment with goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, budgets, and quality control records.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role in the real estate development or construction industry.
