Delphi Construction, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception to close.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive successful outcomes. This in-person role reports to senior management in Waltham, MA, requires five years of PM experience, a relevant degree, OSHA training, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction across Healthcare, Assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• At least five years of construction project management experience.
• OSHA 10 and 30 required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Maintains good working relationships with owners, managers, designers, and tradespeople.
• Develops and manages project schedules and budgets.
• Directs contract administration, negotiations, and changes as needed.
• Leads safety compliance and quality assurance on site.
• Leads owner meetings and participates in project meetings as a leader.
