Construction Multi Family Project Manager

Seeking Construction Multi Family Project Manager. MUST LIVE IN THE RALEIGH AREA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑family projects
• Manage day‑to‑day aspects of projects
• Project buyout
• Subcontractor coordination
• Oversee complete project quality control through turnover
• Assist in preparation of contracts
• Review change orders
• Prepare progress reports
• Know what’s going on in the field, anticipate and solve problems
• Quality control

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Experience with wood‑framed multi‑family projects
• 4‑year construction‑related degree
• Knowledge of building practices, materials and techniques, code requirements, ADA, mechanical systems, permitting processes, market pricing and lien waivers
• Professional communication, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office)
