Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience required.
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with LEED certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and maintain quality control throughout the duration.
• Supervise project teams, including Superintendents and Engineers.
• Draft contracts and ensure timely billing for clients.
