Job Description

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned MEP Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

• Provides overall management administration to the project and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for the assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 4 years of construction Project Management experience, or AA/AS with 8 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with demonstrated equivalent experience/education.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in construction documentation, RFI, RFP, submittals, and change order management.
• Experience in subcontractor oversight and management.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP construction, including interpretation of MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and risk management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, Airport/Aviation, High Rise projects.

Additional Information

• This position does not include sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
• Qualified applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Position is on-site, not hybrid or remote.
• Relocation may be required.
• Driving responsibilities require review of Motor Vehicle Records.

Compensation ranges from $83,179 to $153,881 based on location and experience.
