Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction/project management experience, with at least 5+ years in life sciences.
• Proven track record managing large $50M+ complex projects.
• Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for project execution and financial management.
• Guide projects from pre-construction to post-construction services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial processes and controls.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
