Job summary

Ozaeta Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project execution and drive successful delivery for construction initiatives. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day activities to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

This role partners with internal teams and stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting resource planning

• Experience managing projects in construction or field-based settings.
• Strong organization with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of project planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project coordination, including scheduling, workflow tracking, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication with stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate resources across labor, subcontractors, and materials.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including status reports and changes.
