Qualifications

• Experience reviewing construction documents and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review constructability of plans and specifications.
• Create and enforce construction schedule with monthly look ahead.
• Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee bidding, subcontractor qualification, and change orders.
• Direct Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure on-site performance.
• Enforce strict construction safety practices.
