Jones and Lamberti Builders Inc in Sacramento, CA is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance while upholding safety and quality.

You will develop client relationships, represent the company at industry events, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs, manage budgets and resources, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Represent J&L at industry events and develop client relationships; bring in new and repeat work.
• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project plans and prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing corrective actions.
