Protouch Staffing seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Augusta, ME to lead diverse commercial projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will develop schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and mentor site teams to deliver quality on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and a hands-on approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address project concerns.
• Oversee project activities through preconstruction, construction, and warranty phases.
• Lead and mentor construction professionals, including superintendents and foremen.
• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
