Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC) is seeking a Project Manager in the Washington, DC area to lead complex multimillion-dollar projects. You will oversee financial health, contract execution, and on-site operations while liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and at least 7 years of project leadership experience. Procore, Navisworks, and Blue Beam familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 7 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial health of the project from preconstruction through delivery.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure onsite operations are safe, on-time, on-budget and meet quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients as the main point of contact.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
• Lead and inspire the professional growth of all team members.
