Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC) seeks a driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in PA, MA, CT, DE and NJ. You will build relationships with developers, manage the sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate RFQs/RFPs with cross-functional teams.

You will attend industry events, collaborate with the Preconstruction Team and Directors, and support strategic growth with the Director of Business Development.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with developers and industry consultants.
• Manage the sales pipeline for the market using the CRM for tracking and reporting.
• Oversee RFQs/RFPs process in a timely, competitive manner.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction Team, Project Executives, and Directors to align client engagement.
• Support strategic goals with the Director of Business Development.
• Assist BD/Marketing/Support Services in initiatives and employee engagement.
