Job summary

Holiday Oil seeks a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, schedules, and quality while ensuring safety and compliance with codes and company standards.

You will communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient project execution. Travel to sites may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Knowledge of codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency with PM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate all phases from pre-construction to close-out.
• Oversee materials, equipment, and labor usage.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety.
