Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management software.
• Ability to manage detail-heavy work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong focus on customer service and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
• Develop bid packages, budgets, and schedules.
• Review scopes and costs for accuracy.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project partners.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Attend, lead, and document project meetings.
• Monitor cost control, changes, and schedule updates.
• Partner with superintendents on quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee project closeout, testing, inspections, and turnover.
• Conduct regular site visits and field coordination.
