Job summary

Atlas Supreme is seeking a Construction Project Manager in New York City to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from bidding through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to the firm’s workmanship standards.

You will coordinate with clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, and officials, manage resources and subcontractors, and monitor budgets and change orders in Procore. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with Procore and Google Workspace software.
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from bidding through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, and officials.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and change orders in Procore.
• Monitor budgets and ensure workmanship aligns with plans and specs.
