Qualifications

• Strong onsite supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams.
• Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors onsite to ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
• Verify onsite work to confirm that the delivered quality meets all specifications.
• Assist and guide contractors in resolving constructability and scheduling issues.
