Job summary

Grunley Construction in Norfolk, VA seeks a Project Manager to drive complete execution of our construction projects. You will coordinate field and office teams, manage schedule, cost control, and subcontractor coordination while reporting to the Project Executive.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business and at least five years of construction experience, with Procore and P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assists in staffing plan development and assignments.
• Oversees job site administration and coordination among trades.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers; ensures quality of work.
• Manages project schedule and cost control processes.
• Communicates schedule and cost status to stakeholders.
• Ensures safety and security on site.
