Job summary

TWC Concrete is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Indianapolis region. The PM serves as the primary company representative and is fully responsible for every phase from inception to project completion.

Responsibilities include initiating project controls, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating staffing with the Operations Manager, managing contract finances, and ensuring QC and timely closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; five years of construction experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Initiate project controls and documentation (daily, weekly & monthly reports, RFIs, field orders, minutes and correspondence).
