Job summary

TWC Concrete is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations and coordinate people, equipment, and materials across multiple projects in Cincinnati, OH. You will mentor project teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and the ability to work with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of construction, design, finance and management.
• Ability to read and interpret general business and technical documents and plans.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent communication with field management, craftsmen, and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and coordinate people, equipment, and material across projects.
• Mentor Project Managers and project teams; guide critical project issues.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and contractual commitments for projects.
• Ensure project safety and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Participate in budgeting, procurement meetings, and handoffs.
