• Excellent communication for client and team coordination.
• Procore, e-Takeoffs, Sage Estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Plan and manage site logistics, schedules, and assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare job estimates and manage project budgets; initiate and manage change orders.
• Coordinate staff and subcontractors; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relations; conduct progress meetings and site visits.
