Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Construction is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or 6 years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns the project from all aspects.
• Develops schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Builds strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Monitors costs to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and Bancroft procedures.
• Manages closeout processes effectively.
