rand* construction corporation is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact for project organization, execution and delivery, coordinating with design teams, subcontractors and clients to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with job cost and cash flow analysis and budget management.
• Mastery of Procore modules and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for project organization, execution and completion.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and clients to meet project goals.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and financial performance and report progress.
