Job summary

Riley Construction is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from inception to occupancy. You will direct the project team, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and work closely with clients to ensure value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning strategy, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and producing reports for stakeholders. Strong leadership and independent work capabilities are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10–18 years of commercial construction experience at Senior Project Manager level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Viewpoint and Procore preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project scope, time frame, and budget to guide planning.
• Develop strategy including staffing and resource allocation.
• Oversees construction aspects through project duration.
• Facilitates meetings and maintains project documents.
• Manages subcontractors and negotiates subcontracts and PO's.
• Maintains project schedules and reports to management.
• Ensures project progress within budget and drives safe, quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with Architects/Engineers to meet client needs.
